5 Divisions of Bailey-EL
Here at Bailey-EL, we are driven to do our part in making the world a better place. Since 2022, we have taken part in a wide range of activities that empower individuals and strengthen communities. There are 5 Divisions and 1 Sector of Bailey-EL, EL-FORCE - Private Security, Search and Rescue. BEY-Fleet - INDEPENDENT,Gig/ GovCONTRACTS. GLT- Sector - EL-FORCE DISPATCH OPERATIVES. BFC-DIVISION- Collects Payment/DONATIONS Which fund our,HOMELESS HILL- Patent pending Lodging structures made to house up to 14 Homeless and staff providing job employment and training through our BFC-DIVISION! Begging for a Change ! BFC-Division has proven to serve as a powerful tool and pillar for Bailey-EL and its Missions by helping generate revenue to successfully serve our community by hitting the streets and collecting donations from supporters in select public areas / park district settings , busines locations and Fundraising events ! With this Division Our dedicated individuals here at Bailey-EL create endless and employment in outdoor environments,Finance the building of our Homeless Hill structures and settle operating expenses and further our missions worldwide.

Homeless Hill: Moving upward
Through our Homeless Hill program, Bailey-EL provides safe lodging and bedspace for Homeless persons while also giving them the potential to Earn as well as Volunteer with the Supervision of one of our Director or AsstDirectors on Staff and ultimately giving them the strong tools needed to make a real and positive change. This Program/Service is one of our key areas of focus for Our Mission and its goals here at Bailey-EL, and a source of much success for our Organization.
Economic Development: EL-Force And BEY-Fleet

Every challenge is an opportunity,here at Bailey-EL with our Economic Developments and Initiatives Bailey-EL's, EL-Force And BEY-Fleet Are TWO Divisions who help serve as a part of our Dedicated workforce. Taking on Logistics in Our Nation,By Servicing and Fulfilling Government contacts to Federal and State business establishments and organizations via The BEY-Fleet. While The EL-FORCE operates soley for the purpose of Public Security,Private Protection and Temporary workforce division for Ex Veterans,Securityguards,Police and Civilians encouraged. While also giving job/gig opportunities from staffing/employment agencies across America and around the World to our EL-Force Division its Officers,Recruits and Volunteers.
